What do ladies wear to the sauna?
At the bare minimum, women will need a swimsuit and a towel. A cotton towel can either be wrapped around your body to preserve your modesty, or placed on the sauna bench. Cotton absorbs sweat and prevents bacteria from spreading onto the sauna bench. Sauna Etiquette No food or drinks are allowed inside the sauna. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the sauna. Please do not use the sauna to dry wet towels or clothes as it is unsanitary and may result in fire and/or injuries. Please use towels to cover benches when sitting or lying down in the sauna.
