The spa team reserves the right to refuse access to anyone whose behaviour may disturb or endanger other guests. Robes and flip-flops are provided to our day spa guests. For treatments, we provide disposable underwear to suit women and men; alternatively you may wear your own underwear or swimwear, as you wish. For massages and body treatments, ideally you disrobe completely (that means underwear, too). Most spas offer paper panties to wear during body treatments (like scrubs, wraps, or self-tanning)—they don’t cover much, but enough to provide a modicum of modesty.The Spa Team reserves the right to refuse access to anyone whose dress or behaviour may disturb or endanger other guests at the spa or surrounding areas. What should I wear underneath my robe? This depends on what treatments you have booked and the facilities you would like to use. In general, you should wear either swimwear or underwear. If your booked treatment requires full or partial nudity, you will be given time to undress before the treatment starts. It’s a good idea not to remove all of your clothing unless your therapist has requested you do so. Removing too much clothing can create an uncomfortable situation for both you and your massage therapist. Another important thing to avoid during a massage is making noises.It is possible to receive a massage fully clothed. Your massage therapist can perform your massage service regardless of attire. While they will still be able to work on your body, you may miss out on the thoroughness that comes when your therapist addresses the whole muscle, end-to-end.Massage therapy treatments are best performed through the skin on skin contact. Your therapist can modify the treatment to work directly over clothing or over sheets if desired. You will be asked to undress to your level of comfort. Many people choose to leave their underwear on.Wear as much or as little clothing as you’d like during the massage. When it’s time for your appointment, feel free to take off some, all, or none of your clothing. Most people dress down to their underwear for the first time, while others are completely fine being naked under the massage blanket.
