What car is First Class on Amtrak?

Absolutely worth it for that price. You’ll get more privacy when you want it and your meals are covered in the dining car. For a 17-hour trip, I’d gladly pay much more than $200 to be in a sleeping car. We usually do $10 per night for sleeper car attendants. We also tip if served in a dining car. Sleeper, $20.
