It’s a good idea not to remove all of your clothing unless your therapist has requested you do so.It’s up to you. Women usually remove their bras to allow the massage therapist to work on the back and shoulder area without getting massage oil or lotion on the bra. Some spas will provide a towel, but as some don’t you should bring your own towel just to be sure. However, if you’ve contacted the spa and they’ve said they provide a free towel upon arrival, you may want to leave yours at home to save space. We still recommend bringing a small one just incase.
