However, they do provide other relaxing amenities such as tanning, HydroMassage, massage chairs, and red light therapy, especially for Black Card members. These facilities aren’t available in our gyms but we do offer much more! We don’t offer swimming pools, saunas, and steam rooms. Being comfortable is more important in this aspect, and you shouldn’t sauna with anything that is making you uncomfortable – especially your bra.Care must be taken to maintain the hygiene of the environment in the sweat-room – saunas and in the rest room, use your own towel and sheet as a matter of principle. Please go barefoot or wear clean bathing flip-flops on the premises of the relaxation centre. Flip-flops should be left outside the sauna.After the end of the sauna session, you should not clean yourself with shower gel or soap, just apply some lotion.
