Can you wear shoes at Spa Castle?
No. Spa Castle is a barefoot facility, no outside footwear of any kind is allowed. What footwear should I wear/bring to the spa? Opt for footwear which is comfortable yet practical. Slippers and flip-flops are popular choices. These must be rubber-soled, clean and not have been worn outside.
What to wear to Spa Castle?
Dress code proper spa castle attire is required at all times. Robes must be worn over your swimwear on all floors, with the exception of the second floor bade pool area. On this floor, proper swimwear is necessary. No thongs or overly exposing swimwear is permitted. Don’t stress about what to wear under your robe. If you want to wear loose-fitting clothing under your robe, you’re more than welcome. Keep in mind that the spa can get warm, so don’t layer up too much! If you plan on relaxing in the thermal pool, wear a swimsuit or trunks under your robe.

Do you wear clothes in a Korean spa?
A Korean spa is not for the modest. To enter the spa and sauna on gender segregated floors, we ask that no clothing be worn. Bathing suits are not allowed in the spas. Please shower prior to entering the spas. Korean bathhouses, known as jjimjilbangs, have specific etiquette: Upon entering, remove your shoes. Undress completely in the gender-segregated locker room before entering communal areas. Wash at the shower stations. Use the baths, saunas, and other facilities without loud conversation.
What should you wear in a hot tub?
Most people wear a well-rinsed swimsuit in a hot tub—ideally one that’s free of detergents, lotions, or fabric softeners. Some choose to wear older swimwear or dedicated “hot tub” clothing, while others may choose to soak nude in a private setting. Whatever you choose, comfort and cleanliness are key. The bath and locker lounges are gender separated. All other amenities, the indoor/outdoor pools, saunas & lounges are co-ed/unisex. Can we wear our bathing suits inside the hot tubs in the locker rooms? Bathing suits are not permitted in these areas.
