What can I use an Equinox gift card for?
You can use a general gift card at any Equinox Fitness club for Pilates, Personal Training, or Spa Services as well as for purchases at The Shop in person or online. Please note, gift cards must be converted to make purchases at The Shop online store. General-purpose gift cards, such as Visa® or Mastercard® prepaid cards, follow federal regulations and often have a five-year expiration period. These cards can be used at a wide range of locations, providing greater flexibility.Whether a gift card can expire depends on various factors like the type of card, federal and state laws, and where it was issued. The 2009 CARD Act (a federal law) ensures that gift cards cannot expire within five years of activation, but many states enforce stricter rules.The full gift card number must be entered in the Gift Card prompt at checkout. The Equinox Member ID of the systemic gift card owner must be entered in the Member ID prompt at checkout. Gift cards will ONLY be redeemable on SHOP. EQUINOX. Can you use the Equinox app without membership?
You do not need to be an Equinox club member to access the Equinox+ app. However, all Equinox club members still receive complimentary access to Equinox+. Equinox reserves the right to require guests to maintain a copy of their photo identification on-file with Equinox in order to verify their identity before entering any Club. Guests must comply with all applicable Equinox Policies while accessing and using a Club.
