For cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, a £25 administration fee per booking will apply. Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of all monies paid. Cancellation cover is available at the time of booking for £10 per guest. Refusing to pay a valid cancellation fee could see the business pursue it as a debt – potentially through reminders, debt collection, or small claims court.If you have been charged a relatively small fee, such as 10% of the cost of the service and have made the cancellation outside the terms of the cancellation policy without any extenuating circumstances, then usually you will be obliged to pay their cancellation fee.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive a full refund. For cancellations made between 24 to 12 hours before a confirmed appointment, 50% of the booking cost will be charged. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the booking cost. If you’ve formed a contract with the business and you cancel, you’re unlikely to get all your money back unless there’s a generous cancellation clause written into your contract.
