What is the difference between NXTPRO and PRO16?
The PRO16 League are sponsored teams and the NXT league are teams working toward earning a sponsorship. These leagues offer multiple sessions throughout the spring and summer where teams compete against each other to establish a ranking within their respective leagues. Puma Pro sixteen is a league made up of 22 teams in the seventeenU bracket. The entire circuit is sponsored by Puma and the official shoe being the All Pro Nitro. The name Pro sixteen come from sixteen teams making the finals to be able to play in July in a live period in front of college coaches.

The league has had several division one players over the past few years, but has also helped many players find the right fit at the D2/NAIA/JUCO/D3 level. NXTPRO Hoops brings players, parents, coaches and recruiters the resources they need to reach the NXT level.
