Do I need to bring my own towel to a spa?
Towel. Some spas will provide a towel, but as some don’t you should bring your own towel just to be sure. However, if you’ve contacted the spa and they’ve said they provide a free towel upon arrival, you may want to leave yours at home to save space. We still recommend bringing a small one just incase. You can leave on your underwear, and you’ll still get the full benefits of the treatment. You can even bring your own bathing suit. Choose a roomy one; you don’t want restrictive clothing during a massage. If you do go bare, just know that you won’t feel exposed.At the spa, you can wear the most comfortable clothes. A locker is available for you to leave your belongings, or you can leave them in the massage cabin.Third, some of the areas they work on are just simply more intimate than your regular Western massage.
