What makes Stobo Castle truly special is our commitment to providing a serene, distraction-free environment. You won’t find unrelated activities such as golf or sailing, nor will there be weddings or conferences. The rooms are stunning, the service is next to none (you also have separate checkin/reception that you never have to queue for at any time), the cast members are so kind, and the castle club lounge is amazing for breakfast (also with princesses), afternoon tea, and drinks while you have a great view of the fireworks.Stobo Castle Health Spa. Arrival cocktails in the lounge were a special treat, we loved our room with the 2 large.The options are endless, Floors Castle has had a huge range of weddings in it’s grounds from a festival-style garden wedding with tepees and festival marquees to a romantic, traditional ceremony and reception adorned with features fit for royalty!
Is Stobo Castle worth it?
We’ve just had a wonderful stay at Stobo for 2 nights. Food and spa facilities are excellent, Castle grounds are stunning, and every single member of staff was focussed on making our stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. Wonderful 2 night break in beautiful Stobo! Rooms, food, spa and ambience are a five star experience!
What age do you need to be for Stobo Castle?
Children under the age of 14 and pets are not permitted at the Castle except assistance dogs. In the unlikely event of any guests having a complaint or claim this must be notified to the Company in writing within 28 days of departure. What to wear to Stobo Castle?
We have a very informal dress code at Stobo. Most of our guest choose to relax in our fluffy, white bathrobes throughout the day, however we do request that guests dress for dinner. Training shoes and suitable clothing must be worn in the gym and exercise studio and swimwear is required for the wet facilities. Informal dining options at Stobo means that most people choose to eat a relaxed lunch in-between treatments during the day. In the evening, the atmosphere remains relaxed, however guests are asked to dress in a smart/casual manner.
