Can dogs go to the Yorkshire arboretum?
We love dogs at the Yorkshire Arboretum and they are very welcome in the grounds. They must be kept on a lead except in the designated area in Gatehouse Field , and under close control at all other times. This still gives your four-legged friends 11 acres of space to run around. Every year millions of dogs get to stretch their legs and enjoy the wide open spaces and stunning landscapes of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. There’s such great exploring to be done and many dog-friendly establishments to unwind in.Yorkshire Terriers are feisty, confident, and affectionate dogs.
