Therme Group’s £250m, 100,000 sq ft Trafford project, which was first announced in 2020, is due to complete by late 2028, although a contractor has not yet been appointed. Once complete, it will be the “largest water-based wellbeing destination in Europe”, according to the Therme Horizon JV, valued at €1bn.
