The only thing you need is your bathing suit, since its use is mandatory in our facilities, although we have some available in case you need it. We will provide you with towels, non-slip shoes, hygiene products, hair dryers and hair straighteners. Swimwear & Clothing Towel and robe are included in the cost of a Thermae Welcome, treatment, and Spa Package. Swimwear should be worn in all public areas. We do not provide footwear and advise that you bring your own for use around the Spa. Depending on the experience: about 1 hour and a half in experiences without massage and 2 or 3 hours in experiences with massages and rituals. If your reservation is for the Ancient Baths experience, you will be able to visit the baths, the steam room and the rest area as you wish during the 90 minutes of the session. It’s expensive but if you can budget for it it’s also genuinely luxurious feeling. The massages are okay, worth doing while you’re there but we never bother paying for more than 45 minutes . The baths are incredible and the time limit isn’t super strict, we usually get at least 15 minutes extra.
