Sign up to the McDonald’s app you will receive free medium fries on your birthday. Plus, for your half-birthday (that’s six months from your actual birthday) you can claim a free Big Mac, Quarter Pounder, Vegetable Deluxe, McChicken Sandwich, Filet-O-Fish or McPlant and free fries.
